After the payment for the desired educational course, the student shall receive the study material within ten working days. These books will enable a student to apply for exams once prepared with complete study of books.
Student shall receive Results (Certificates) within forty-five working days.
In case the student fails in any Exam, the student may apply for re-examination by submitting Rs.500/- per subject to receive a fresh set of question paper within seven working days.
The fees amount should be submitted in the form of a cheque/cash drawn in the favour of “IBMS Global (OPC) Private Limited”
In case a cheque submitted for fees gets bounced because of any reason then the student is liable to pay Rs.500/- towards cheque bounce charges.
The students who are not able to complete the course in the given time duration for the following courses:
MBA (certificate): 1 year
EMBA (certificate): All students taken Admission before September 2011 course duration 2 year. After September 2011 course duration 1 year.
MBA DUAL (certificate): 2 year
PGDBA (certificate): All students taken Admission before September 2011 course duration 2 year. After September 2011 course duration 1 year.
DBA (certificate): 1 year
BBA certificate): 3 year
are supposed to pay Rs.500 per paper as the late fee and then attempt for exams in the span of 3 months duration after doing the late fees payment.
IBMS will not be responsible if you are not finishing the course in the given time duration. If the student loses the original mark sheet and convocation certificate, the student needs to send an email to info@ibmsedu.com. The duplicate certificate will be re-issued after 30 days from the date of fees submitted. Student needs to pay the fee of INR 5000 for the duplicate documents.
The student will be provided with the Receipt, Admission letter and the Study Material only once. Please do keep them safely. We do not reissue duplicate ones. The student has to keep the Institution update with their change in address, mobile numbers, email id etc.
